I stayed in a king room with a private bathroom, and the location right in the heart of Jackson was fantastic.

All in all room was nice; also provided a bathtub. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced. The amiable staff gave good recommendations.

The hotel offered breakfast at a good price, and the customer service was friendly, especially the staff at the attached restaurant who were always happy to help and provided us with tasty and affordable food. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as we were in the center of the city and we could reach all the attractions easily within walking distance.

The hotel rooms were not as we expected. They were small, uncomfortable and dated, the wifi connection was slow and erratic, and the air conditioning was barely functioning. The worst part was the bed, which was lumpy and caused us both to wake up with sore backs. We tried to request a new room, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. while the hotel offered some good aspects, the negatives unfortunately outweighed them.
